Support Career Readiness Programming
Generation Hope helps Scholars identify their desired career path, build workforce competencies, make meaningful connections, and find quality jobs and internships. Opportunities for corporate partners to get involved in our career-readiness programming include:
Host a field trip to your office that allows Scholars to learn more about your field of work, hear about your employees’ career paths, and grow their networks. *These can be hosted virtually as well.
Join the Corporate Advisory Council, which is a group of employers who help us design our career-readiness programming to align with regional employment needs and facilitate career connections for our Scholars.
Host a Generation Hope Scholar as an intern. Our students are pursuing a wide range of professional fields and can serve as assets to your organization. During their internship experience, our staff provides ongoing career counseling and support, which helps Scholars prepare for and be successful in their internships. Learn more!
Engage Your Employees

Sponsor Events and Programming
Event sponsorship opportunities include program events, such as our annual Career Clinic and Hope Conference for Scholars, as well as fundraising events, such as our annual gala. Host a Drive for our Families
Twice per year, we ask our our Scholars to create “wish lists” of items that will ease the financial burdens of being a parenting college student. Items range from diapers to graphing calculators. Members of the community then collect these important items, and we deliver them to our Scholars in time for midterms and finals. Additionally, during the holidays, companies can “Adopt a Scholar Family” to ensure our Scholars and their children have special gifts to make this time of year special.
