Alexandra is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and social justice. Her passion for equality began early when she was the President of the NAACP’s Youth and College Chapter in Raleigh, North Carolina. With over a decade of experience working with young individuals in the Washington DC area, most recently serving as the Senior Manager for a non-profit serving youth in the foster and juvenile legal systems in DC, Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Alexandra's educational journey began at Saint Augustine's University, where she pursued her studies in Psychology, honing her understanding of human behavior and development. Eager to expand her knowledge in counseling, she continued her education at Bowie State University.

Recognizing the importance of sharing her own story and overcoming numerous challenges, she sought to enhance her storytelling skills. To achieve this, she pursued a certification in Public Narrative from the Inspire Leadership School, enabling her to effectively inspire and motivate others through her personal experiences and foster hope. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alexandra finds joy in her fur babies, nurturing and cherishing their companionship. As a self-proclaimed food critic, she indulges in exploring various culinary delights, always on the lookout for new flavors and culinary experiences. Additionally, Alexandra loves the performing arts as it allows her to find solace and creative inspiration.
